By purchasing, downloading, or using MeltPricer (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App and website at meltpricer.com.
MeltPricer is a metal melt value calculator that allows users to calculate the approximate melt value of gold and silver based on weight, purity, and spot price. MeltPricer is operated by Albee Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
MeltPricer provides informational calculations only. Values displayed are estimates based on user-provided data and market spot prices. We do not guarantee accuracy and the App should not be used as the sole basis for any financial or business decision.
MeltPricer offers the following paid options:
All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card information.
Promo codes may be offered at our discretion and may reduce the purchase price. Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
The Live Prices subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal accessible within the App or by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to live prices until that date. We do not prorate partial months.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on the one-time app purchase or on subscription payments already processed. If you experience a technical issue preventing use of the App, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it.
For purchases made through Google Play, Google's refund policies apply.
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional use. You may not:
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that spot price data will be accurate or current. Metal spot prices are sourced from third-party APIs and may not reflect real-time market conditions.
MeltPricer calculations are estimates only and should not be used as the basis for buying, selling, or trading precious metals without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albee Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on App calculations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or availability of the App at any time with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance via the email associated with their account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that could harm us or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. No refund will be issued for termination due to Terms violation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
